Some films like Puaada, Honsla Rakh, and Qismat 2 managed to perform pretty well when theatres in Punjab were functioning at 50% capacity. However, the limited audience affected the performance of some movies too. But now both the fans and the filmmakers don’t have to worry as Punjab Chief Minister, Charanjit Singh Channi announced that the theatres in Punjab would function at their full capacity.
Several Punjabi artists went to see the CM Channi regarding this topic. Their meeting went pretty well and by its end, the CM announced his decision. Amberdeep Singh took to his Instagram handle and posted a story to reveal this news. In this picture, the fans can see several Punjabi artists along with Charanjit Singh Channi Ji.
Now, the audience doesn’t have to skip any seats in the theatres. However, they still have to follow basic precautions like putting on their masks and using hand sanitizers. Now, the makers who held back their films because of the restrictions are now very excited to announce their movies as well.
